Big things are happening at DRE! We’re celebrating our 30th anniversary as a company this year, and we want to include you in the festivities.

Matt Spencer is putting his experience to good use as the senior buyer for DRE. He is the primary liaison between vendors, sales staff, and clients. From day to day, he works with hospitals, health care systems and surgery centers to procure excess capital medical equipment.

DRE’s International medical equipment consultants Amanda Cannady and Kary VanArsdale will once again be among the thousands of people who travel to Dubai for this year’s Arab Health Expo — the largest medical exhibition and trade show in the Middle East. DRE’s participation in Arab Health started in the early 1990s and it continues to be a key expo for networking and meeting with customers face to face.

Even as DRE employees are busy preparing end of the year sales figures and making holiday plans, they’re also digging deep to help those in need. This year, DRE is setting up an angel tree to collect for Home of the Innocents, a local charity benefiting Louisville children and families, and Operation Gratitude, an organization that sends goods to soldiers overseas and their loved ones.

This year, DRE is participating in the Amazing Global Marketplace, an educational program and competition that partners Louisville companies with teams from local high schools to simulate international business practices.
